The RH Systems Model 973-SF6 Analyzer is expertly designed to measure humidity and SF6 purity in gas-insulated switchgear systems. This advanced analyzer presents humidity measurement data in ppmv, ppmw, and dew/frost point, available at either system pressure or standard pressure. Purity measurement is directly displayed as % volume SF6. Both humidity and purity measurements utilize precise and reliable condensation techniques, ensuring accurate and dependable results.  


With its ultra high accuracy and repeatability via chilled mirror technology, the 973-sf6 is best analyser in the US market and is becoming known as “The Argument Settler” in determining if readings by other analysers are correct or not, and cost effective maintenance can be performed with confidence


Advanced Gas Recovery System

The RH Systems 973-SF6 Analyzer is equipped with a sophisticated gas recovery system that securely stores the sampled gas during the measurement process in its internal storage tank. Once the measurement is complete, the stored gas can be efficiently pumped back into the original compartment or transferred to another container. This feature not only conserves gas but also minimizes environmental impact. Additionally, the system records starting and ending pressures, providing a comprehensive overview for effective gas management. Easy, Automated Usage

User configurable via the full color active matrix LCD touch screen, the 973-SF6 may be configured for measurement of humidity, % volume SF6, or both, with either automatic or manually initiated pump back. Using the bi-directional RS-232 communications port, all measurement data may be easily transferred into a PC for electronic storage and report generation.

Verifiable Calibration

Easily check the calibration at any time using the built-in Ice Test function which provides instant verification of system accuracy and integrity.  Full 100% US based support for cal and repair provided in Phoenix, Arizona

Connect and Go

The system is supplied ready for immediate use complete with industry standard quick connect fittings and sampling tube. Multiple adapter kits available
